- This is a Sources Sought Notice. The purpose of this announcement is to identify firms that possess both the capability and experience to provide services that meet the Governments requirement. This Sources Sought Notice does not constitute a Requ est for Quote or Proposals (RFQ or RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Governments acquisition approach. No solicitation currently exists; therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. There is no assurance a solicitation will result from this notice. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized at FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov). It is the firms responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. The Center for Health Care Contracting, U.S. Army Medical Command is seeking firms that possess the ability to provide the full range of radiology health care services (personal and non-personal) to various Department of Defense Military Treatment Faciliti es (MTFs) for CONUS locations. The providers that may be required include Radiologists (M.D. and D.O.), technicians and technologists (X-Ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, MRI, etc), and other health care providers typically found in a hospitals radiology dep artment. The location of the MTFs that may need these services is unknown at this time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 622110, General Medical and Surgical Hospitals. The small business size standard is $31.5M. All e-mail responses from prospective sources must provide the company name, business size (to include any SBA certifications, such as 8(a), HUB Zone, etc), corporate affiliations (to include joint venture partners, teaming partners and prime or subcontractors), mailing address, te lephone number, point of contact and return e-mail address within the body of their response. A narrative detailing your firms experience and capabilities (both technical and geographic), not to exceed five (5) pages, is also requested. In addition, ple ase provide a list of customers (Government/non-Government) within the past five (5) years highlighting similar work performed.
