Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools and reports required to provide quarterly radiation safety audits of the Medical and Research Radiation Safety Programs at the Milwaukee VAMC and the Fox Valley CBOC. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract with a base and four option years. This requirement is being set aside 100% for Small Businesses. NAICS Code is 541380. Anticipated award effective date is 4 Dec, 2006. The solicitation will be posted on or about Nov 13, 2006. The solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available free of charge at the Department of Veterans Affairs Business Opportunities System (BOS) website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Interested parties may also access the solicitation and specifications on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at the URL addresses. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
