Description

The Government intends to issue Solicitation W52H0907-R-0040 as a 100% Small Business Set Aside for the following seven components of the M28 Collective Protection Equipment: Vestibule Liner (Type I), 4240-01-330-8891, P/N 5-19-11373, maximum projec ted quantity 500 each; End Liner (Type I), 4240-01-330-8882, P/N 5-19-11335, maximum projected quantity 400 each,; Center Liner (Type I), 4240-01-330-8884, P/N 5-19-11395, maximum projected quantity 500 each; ISO Liner (Type I), 4240-01-330-8890, P/N 5-19- 11372, maximum projected quantity 250 each; MSA (Type I), 4240-01-441-7383, 5-19-11610, maximum projected quantity 50 each; Supply Airlock Liner, 4240-01-460-9065, 5-19-11611, maximum projected quantity 75 each; Vestibule Membrane Assembly, 4240-01-491-860 9, 5-19-13772-30, maximum projected quantity 250 each. First Article Testing is required. The estimated issue date is 15 November 2006. This solicitation will result in the award of a 5-year firm fixed-price IDIQ contract. Delivery will be FOB Destinati on. Estimated ordering periods will be from the award date through 31 DEC 2011. This solicitation shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 5.204, therefore hardcopies will not by provided. CAUTION: This solicitation shall be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is un der no obligation to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to res pond to them by the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same.
