- PADUCAH, KY ? 10,527 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQ. FT. OF SPACE The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 12,106 rentable square feet of space to yield 10,527 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space in Paducah, KY within the following delineated area: Area #1 (CBD) North ? Monroe Street South ? Adams Street East ? Ohio River West ? 9th Street Area #2 North ? Hinkleville Road (Hwy 60) South ? Lovelaceville Road East ? North 32nd Street/Lone Oak Road (Hwy 45) West ? Olivett Church Road The Government requires a fully-serviced lease and adequate parking for 78 vehicles. Occupancy date is July 1, 2008 or earlier, if feasible. The required lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Lifesafety and Handicapped Accessibility. Both existing buildings and new construction will be solicited. Unique Requirements: Space offered is preferred to be on the second floor or above (and must have at least 2 elevators if the space is located above first floor). Space must be in the same building and contiguous on the same floor. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agent must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone. We plan to schedule your appointment for December 12, 2006.
