- Description
- The Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Superfund Remediation Technology Innovation (OSRTI) has a requirement for Multi-level Multi-matrix Organic Sample Analyses. This requirement will provide a contractual framework for qualified laboratories to apply U.S.E.P.A. Contract Laboratory Program (CLP) analytical methods for determining the presence and concentration of specified organic analytes in multimedia. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541380. Contractors will be required to analyze samples according to the analytical methodology, quality assurance/control, and data delivery, both hard copy and electronic data delivery (EDD), and other requirements set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW) SOM 01.1 and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the resulting contract. The SOW is posted at http://www.epa.gov/superfund/programs/clp/som1.htm. Laboratories interested in responding to the upcoming solicitation will be permitted access to the EPA web based Contract Compliance Screening (CCS) system. This system is designed to allow laboratories to self review electronic data files they have generated, as defined in the SOM01.1 Statement of Work (SOW). While technical support on the use of this system may be provided by the supporting EPA contractor to approved users, the EPA contractor will not assist the non-CLP laboratories in identifying/correcting problems with their specific electronic submissions. Potential offeror's are encouraged to begin development/testing of the required electronic files prior to release of the final solicitation. Access to the web CCS system may be requested through Michael S. Johnson at johnson.michaels@epa.gov or Phil Cocuzza at cocuzza.phil@epa.gov. Requestors should provide their Laboratory Name, Requestor's Name, Laboratory (requestor) Address, Phone Number, and e-mail address.
