Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a SOLE-SOURCE Purchase Order using the format of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 to American Tower Corporation,10 Presidential Way, Woburn, MA 01801-1053, for antenna site space rental at the following eight (8) location?s: Lease #88397, site #4010 Rental of Alvin #2 (TX) tower, 580 feet; Lease #88416, site #4273 Rental of Stuebner-Airline #1 (TX), 540 feet; Lease #88417, site #4267 Rental of Stafford #1 (TX) tower, 500 feet; Lease #88419, site #4013 Rental of Anahuac (TX) tower, 480 feet; Lease #88376, site #4243 Rental of Rio Grand City #1 (TX) tower, 480 feet; Lease #88396, site #4319 Rental of Zapata #1 (TX) tower, 480 feet; Lease #88436, site #4170 Rental of Laredo #1 (TX) tower, 300 feet; Lease #88144, site #35001 Rental of Robstown #1B/Corpus Christi. Due to the uniqueness of this requirement and the geographical location of these radio towers, no other locations are acceptable. This procurement is a SOLE-SOURCE and NO solicitation is available. Letters and phone calls will not be accepted and will be considered non-responsive to this announcement. See note 22.
