GovWorks is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of the National Institute of Health (NIH), Bethesda, MD who has a requirement for Fire Prevention Services at NIH Main Campuses in Bethesda, MD and the NIH Animal Center, Poolesville, MD. The RFP close-out date is 8 December 06 at 2:00 p.m. All offers shall be submitted in the address shown in block 9 of the SF 1449. ***This requirement is being procured using total small business set aside. ***The NAICS code for this requirement is 561990 with a small business size standard of $6.5 Million. ***The competitive RFP and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.govworks.gov/Solic/openmarket.asp under RFP number 0406-RP-66528. ***The RFP is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about November 8, 2006 and will be available via the Internet at the above web site. ***Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. No written solicitation document is available, telephone requests shall not be honored, and no offeror list shall be maintained. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions via e-mail to jennifer.cera@mms.gov . Ensure the RFP number and project title is referenced on all correspondence.
