Origin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 4,000 each 90 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Click Bond, Inc, Cage Code 66530 because the data needed to procure this part competitive ly is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eli gible for award.
