- Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to repair the fireproofing in Buildings #212 (Administration Building) and #215 (UPH Building) at the U.S. Coast Guard Fort Wadsworth Facility located in Staten Island, NY. The work includes but is not limited to installing spray applied fireproofing and rigid board fireproofing and miscellaneous associated work. This Invitation for Bids is 100% small business set-aside for which the applicable small business size standard is $13 million average annual receipts for the three previous fiscal years. This project is estimated between $500,000 and $1M. A 20% Bid Bond is required and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required after award. The applicable NAICS Code is 238190. The tentative bid opening date is 19 December 2006. Bid packages will be available on or about 15 November 2006 at a non-refundable charge of $30. Certified Checks or money orders should be made payable to AlphaGraphics and mailed to the firm at: 423 Bloomfield Ave., Montclair, NJ 07043. Do not send fees to the Coast Guard.
