- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B2E16208A100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote for Aircraft Cleaning Compound. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-27. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business and is under North American Industry Classification System code 424690, with a small business size standard of 100 employees. A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing. CLIN 0001: Compound, Aircraft Cleaning, Mil-PFR-87937, Type IV, s/n 6850-01-506-7706, XIMPAC62769901 ? 3,000 Gallons.
