Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease warehouse space consisting of approximately 1,800 rentable square feet in Fairbanks, Alaska. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 1,800 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet available for use by tenant for storage of boat and other equipment. The space shall be contiguous. The building must be located in Fairbanks, Alaska within the following delineated area: Within 5 miles of 1412 Airport Way, Fairbanks, AK The proposed lease is for five years with two years firm with one five-year priced renewal option and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy by October 1, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
