Description

Lease of Antenna Sites in Puerto Rico. IRS intends to renew existing lease agreements with Crown Castle International Corporation de Puerto Rico for the following three antenna lease sites (a) El Yunque; (b) Cerro de Punta; and (c) Mercantile Plaza. Lease Period will consist of a base period ending 09/30/2007, plus up to four optional 12-month renewal lease periods, as outlined below. Base Period: Effective date of Award through 9/30/2007 @ $_______ per month. Option Period I: 10/01/2007 - 09/30/2008 @ $_______ per month. Option Period II: 10/01/2008 - 09/30/2009 @ $_______ per month. Option Period III: 10/01/2009 - 09/30/2010 @ $_______ per month. Option Period IV: 10/01/2010 - 09/30/2011 @ $_______ per month. 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. (End of clause) NOTICE: All responsible sources demonstrating ability to provide the government's requirement for antenna site lease outlined herein, may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
