Description: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the evaluation criteria to DELETE the requirement for the appraiser to hold the professional designation of Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI); and to clarify the solicitation number. 1. Paragraph A. is hereby changed to read: "A. In order to be considered for award, the appraiser taking responsibility for the work product must be a state-certified appraiser." 2. The original announcement incorrectly listed two different solicitation numbers. The correct solicitation no. for this requirement is GRSM1110206. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.
