Description: The Government intends to award a follow-on Firm-Fixed Price modification to a Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract, DAAB07-01-D-A612, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, to Teleph onics Corporation, 815 Broad Hollow Road, Farmingdale, New York 11735. This contract will extend the contract ordering period from 01 October 2006 to 30 September 2011 to enable additional Delivery Orders to be issued for the acquisition and repair of C- 11746B(V)3 and C-11746(V)3 Inter-Communication Systems(ICS), and ICS Special Audio Junction-Boxes, and modification of the C-11746(V)4 ICS to the C-11746B(V)3 ICS.
