Description: The On-Site Inspecion Directorate of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency has a requirement for solid rocket motor and basic missile operations training in the United States and the Former Soviet Union. The training must provide an orientation to rocket motor fundamentals to include production requirements, operational readiness and propulsion capabilities. DTRA intends to issue a sole source contract to ATK Thiokol of Magna, UT. DTRA believes that ATK Thiokol is the only source able to perform this effort. Any other firm desiring consideration must fully identify its capability to perform the requirement. See note 22. (Substitute thirty (30) days in lieu of forty-five (45) days.)
