The Government intends to award to The Boeing Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary of the McDonell Douglas Corporation. Market research has indicated this part is no longer in production and stocks have been depleted. The units will require manufacturing to original specifications to maintain the operability of critical aircraft ground equipment.
