Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8231), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Twisted Pair Solutions, Inc., 3131 Elliot Ave, Seattle, WA 98121-1047. This acquisition is for WAVE ARUS annual renewal user subscription. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is from the Date of award plus 12 months. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than 9:00AM 29 Sep 06 via the following address: meghan.frey@disa.mil.
