Potential sources sought to participate in the regional standardization of Intravenous Safety Catheters (IVSCATH). Triservice Region 1 Northeast, an integrated military health care delivery network comprised of Army, Air Force, and Navy Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF), is considering standardizing and establishing a Regional Incentive Agreement(s) (RIA) for a full product line of Intravenous Safety Catheters (IVSCATH). This is not a request for bids but an invitation to participate in a product line review process that will result in a selection of vendor(s) to provide this product line to MTFs within the Northeas t Region. Vendors must be able to provide a full line of product and meet regional product volume requirements; provide representatives and product for vendor demonstrations at no charge to the government; and conduct product in-services for medical faci lity staff as needed at no charge to the government. A list of technical and clinical criteria and instructions will be provided to vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers who are willing to participate. These vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers must be holders of a Distribution And Pricing Agreement (DAPA) with the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), distribute products through the DSCP Prime Vendor (PV) program, and carry a full line of product for the items being considered. Please provide your company name, company address, company point of contact (CPOC), company point of contact telephone, company point of contact fax and company point of contact e-mail address. Also provide your company DAPA number for the product(s)/prod uct line(s) being offered. A company must be a DAPA Holder to participate in this standardization process. For additional information on DAPA, you may call Ms. Kim Nichols at the Defense Supply Center-Philadelphia at (215) 737-7124.
