This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9133L-06-T-0027 and will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fe deral Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-12. All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote which shall be considered by the agency. Quote shall be labeled with the solicitation number. b. The Government intends to contract for a miscellaneous personnel support equipment. c. Contractor shall submit a quote for the following equipment list. All quotes should be marked valid through midnight of September 30, 2006. Quotes should be for the entire list of equipment required by this solicitation. No partial equipment list quo tes will be considered. Quote prices should include shipping costs. If a quote fails to meet any of the instructions in this solicitation or emits any equipment items on the requirements list then it will be set aside and not considered. Quotes that com plete all instructions in this solicitation and propose a complete requirement equipment list will be evaluated and selected based on best price. No substitutions are authorized. d. Support Equipment List: Please send an e-mail request to Captain House for a copy of the required Support Equipment List. e.
