Description: The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), intends to award a Sole Source Procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. This action is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirement. ICE intends to purchase additional Compuware Network Vantage Licenses and Support for the ICE Office of the Chief Information Officer from Compuware, One Campus Martius, Detroit, MI 48226.
