NOUN: Seal, Metallic, Speci, PRON: AX6T1115, NSN: 2840-01-316-9157, PN: 6071T03G07, Quantity: Minimum 1500 / Maximum 3900 each; 5 year Indefinite Delivery /Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 L/AH-64A Engine (T-701C). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 1,500 each, 426 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article T est Report is due 272 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 1,500 each, 284 DACA. This item is restricted to Hansen Engineering & Mach (CAGE CODE 98839), Turbine Engine Components Technologies Corp (CAGE CODE 64486) and General Electric Company (CAGE CODE 99207) because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualif ied source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to iden tify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsib le sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date st ated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
