- Description
- The contract is for 1 year to include PM 000 - INSPECT/RECORD As part of the service program our system will receive a custom configured data collection tool with all the parameters of your system clearly defined. We will be notified immediately if the current data is outside the engineered limits of your system. Corrective action and potential problems will be clearly outlined in a follow up letter to our designated personnel (MSgt Hivner). Your technicians shall be trained to analyze the data and take the proper corrective measures for our equipment. This will enable us to predict maintenance, schedule downtime, and minimize our operating costs. PM 100 - MECHANICAL FUNCTION CHECK This service is the equivalent to a start up function check for the system acceptance (not validation). Your technician will take the equipment through its paces and record the operational performance data. That data can be compared to a start up benchmark or used as a benchmark for our system performance. This service will uncover problems that could result in downtime in the future. Membrane performance, regeneration efficiency, UV intensity, and filtration efficiency are all important for efficient operation of our system. PM 200/300 - SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE AND PARTS REPLACEMENT Our water purification system will continue to produce high quality water for many years. Over the course of those years, parts will wear and require replacement. The wear and tear can affect the water systems ability to meet our production requirements. This service contract schedules maintenance and parts replacement before that happens. PM S - CALIBRATION SERVICES Instrument calibration is an important part of this service contract. The information gathered daily depends on accurate output from our control instruments. USFILTER technicians shall be factory trained to perform field calibration of our water system instruments. For factory calibrations a standby or rental instrument must be provided and used while the instrument is serviced at the manufacturer. TEST - ANALYTICAL SUPPORT Our system will be double checked in the field by USFILTER technicians as scheduled. USFILTER will also supplies comprehensive water analysis to meet our specific requirements.
