- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared by the Direct Reporting Program Manager, Advanced Amphibious Assault (DRPM AAA), in Woodbridge, VA, in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation M67854-06-T-0060 is issued hereto as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 and DCN 20060814. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541618 and a size standard of $8,000,000. The requirement is to conduct Market Research Study of industry standards, component trends trends in commercial systems network equipment and maintenance (See Attached Statement of Work). Delivery of the final report is due 45 days after contract award to USMC DRPM AAA, 14041 Worth Avenue, Woodbridge, VA 22192. Solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference. DFARS clause 252.212-7000, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (DEC 2000) is hereby incorporated by reference. The following clauses apply to this solicitation and any resultant order: DFARS 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (JAN 2004), DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, Alternate A (11/03) is also applicable. Company?s complete mailing address, discounts for prompt payment, if any (e.g. 1% 10 days), CAGE Code, Dun & Bradstreet number and Taxpayer ID number. The Government intends to evaluate the quotations and select the source based on lowest price and make a single award. The contractor must have current registration through Central Contractor Registration (CCR), http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. The successful contractor shall be required to invoice through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system at https://wawf.eb.mil. Quotations shall be submitted electronically to email tanineczmd@efv.usmc.mil No facsimile quotations will be accepted. Quotations are due no later than 2:00 p.m., EST on 27 September 2006.
