Description

The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to lease approximately 3,500 rentable square feet of office space, 2,300 square feet of contiguous warehouse space, 26,500 square feet of wareyard, along with 16 employee parking spaces and 9 visitor parking spaces (including 1 RV space) in Havre, Montana. The space/site must be located within the city limits of Havre or: either side of 5th Avenue SE to the 2800 block, either side of Hwy 2 to Hwy 2 and 32nd Avenue along Hwy 2 on the east, and either side of Hwy 2 to the junction of Hwy 2 and 87 on the west. Only property on the south side of the Milk River will be considered. The proposed sites or buildings must have immediate and easy access to and visibility from principle arterial roads and be serviced by all city services and utilities. They must be zoned for the intended use and cannot not be located in the 100-year flood zone. Existing space offered must meet ADA & UFAS guidelines and Fire Safety Standards. The lease term will be fifteen years, ten years firm term.
