- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, New Jersey has a requirement for the following Commercial hardware in support of the Runway Arrested Landing Site. For the new 28000 System Controllers and Test Subsystem: Seven (7) 28000-LPRP-1 controllers with three (3) year warranty, LPA 617 with a three (3) year warranty, and MS Office Professional on CD-ROM; five (5) 28000-LPTP-2 28000 Controllers with 3 year warranty, Latitude D610 per spec with Nylon Case; four (4) 28000-LPTP-3 28000 controller with three (3) year warranty, Latitude D610 per spec with nylon case; four (4) 28000-CTRL-1 28000 Controller with four (4) year warranty, GX620, and MS Office Professional on CD-ROM; four (4) 28000-4-TEST test subsystems with 33220A/34410A, with rack adapters; three (3) 2800-4 TEST-M1 Test subsystem with 34410A, with rack adapters, without 33220A; and ten (10) National Instruments PCI-6071E. For the upgrades to existing equipment: Eight (8) Convert 28000A-BIF1-T to 280000C-BIF1-FT, convert 28000A-BIF-1-T to 28000C-BIF1-T, software updgrade GUI, and option F, 28000 test software support FAT and GNG; three (3) convert 28016-ACPS-1 power supplies to add health monitoring; three (3) convert 28016-M3 chassis to add steel isolation shield; two (2) 28016-M3 mainframes; two (2) 28016-ACPS-1 power supplies; two (2) 28000C-BIF1-FT with GUI and test software support; twenty-eight (28) 28104-F8005-TD4-M104; twenty-eight (28) BC1/4-V; twenty-eight (28) BR1L/4-XXX-10762; eight (8) 28524-1-PR1-M101 F-to-V Voltage Conditioners with M101; one (1) nonrecurring engineering, M101 for 28524-1-PR1, two (2) 28000-4-TEST test subsystems; and seven (7) trade-up discounts for 34401A units 26.5% of 34410A. The Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this hardware under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Precision Filters, Inc. New York is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to manufacture the hardware. Firms that recognize and provide this hardware are encouraged to identify themselves. See Note 22.
