- This announcement is for possible subcontracting opportunites with AT&T Government Solutions, Inc., the Prime contractor for the OneTESS program. The OneTESS Program will design and develop live, tactical training capabilities that support up to brigade-level exercises, including all Battlefield Operating Systems, at Homestation, Maneuver Combat Training Centers, and deployed sites. OneTESS solutions will enable combined arms Force-on-Force and Force-on-Target training, will support developmental and operational testing, and be a component of the interoperable, system of systems, live-virtual-constructive operational architecture. AT&T Government Solutions, Inc. is seeking companies to provide solutions to the following requirements associated with the OneTESS program: 1. Weapon Orientation Measurement Device 2. Platform Orientation Measurement Device 3. Radio 4. Communication System Information Assurance. Attached are 4 separate Sources Sought Synopses developed by AT&T pertaining to each of the 4 requirements listed above.
