Install vinyl tile in restroom in accordance with the schedule below. Install wall-to-wall new commercial grade carpet squares in office area and test room (not in storage rooms) in accordance with the schedule below. All carpet is to be of the same dye lot and free of visual blemishes, streaks, poorly dyed areas and any other physical and manufacturing defects. All carpet and vinyl must be installed smoothly and evenly in accordanc e with their respective manufacturers instructions and with the approved release adhesive. No substitution of adhesive is authorized.
