Description: We intend to award a sole source contract to Alban Engine Power Systems, 6387 Old WA Rd, Elkridge, MD 21075-5398 for fabrication and modifications to a Government owned Caterpillar G3406T 150 KW Natural Gas powered generator. Alban has been identifi ed by the Fort Belvoir, VA Department of Public Works as the only known contractor in the Fort Belvoir area that is certified to work on Caterpillar equipment. Any responses to this synopsis must be sent to Daniel Balizan by September 15, 2006. See Note 22.
