- This is a presolicitation notice for maintenance on two (2) Konica brand copier/printers and one (1) Sharp brand copier/printer for Buckley AFB, Aurora CO. Place of performance will be at Air Reserve Personnel Center, Denver CO. The contractor will provide services to include tear down, inspect, clean, oil and replace all worn/defective parts and repair items. The maintenance plan includes all service calls, parts (including drum) and all the supplies except paper. Maintenance is to be performed on an on-call basis for copier/printer models: Copier/printer model 7155, SN 56KE02139, Copier/Printer Model Force 60, SN 55ME00114, Copier Sharp Network, Model AR-C270, SN 30280898. Period of performance is 01 Oct 06 through 30 Sep 07. All other pertinent information will be included in the solicitation, which will be posted on or around 13 Sep 06. This is a notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 5.101(a)(2), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BASED UPON THE AVAILABLITY OF FUNDS and FAR Clause 52.232-18 will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation number is FA2543-06-T-0023 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. No paper copies of this solicitation will be issued. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order under under FAR Part 12.
