Description: COCONINO NATIONAL FOREST JANITORIAL SERVICE Solicitation No: AG-94TZ-S-06-0093 Janitorial services for the Peaks and Mormon Lake Ranger Stations Facilities for a Base Period of One year, with Optional Renewable Years. The Peaks Ranger Station located in Flagstaff, AZ., consist of approximately 7,800 square feet of useable space, the Peaks warehouse consist of approximately 1,650 square feet of useable space and the warehouse hallway consist of approximately 700 square feet. The Mormon Lake Ranger Station Office located in Flagstaff, AZ., consist of approximately 3,400 square feet, and the Upper office at the same location consist of approximately 1,532 square feet. This Solicitation will issue on or about September 19, 2006, with Quotes due on or about September 29, 2006.
