Description

HSCG87-06-Q-643428. Improve Attic Ventilation in Base Housing, USCG Air Station Sitka, Alaska. Work includes providing and installing rafter vents and associated work in 14 housing units, and providing and installing ridge vents and associated work in 6 housing units. The project is estimated at under $25,000. Quotes are solicited from firms with at least three years of roofing experience in Southeast Alaska. All work to be completed within 30 days after notice to proceed, but no later than March 15, 2007. Offer of award is contingent upon availability of funding. This is a 100% small business set-aside; North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238160, small business size standard $13.0 million in average annual receipts. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for offer of award.
