- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Government's intent to award a sole source to Idaho Technology, Inc., 390 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, Utah 84108 for the purchase of various Freeze Dried Reagents. Failure to purchase the Freeze Dried Re agents would seriously compromize the experiments and instrumentation used within the labs. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a Request of Quotation or Proposal. No soliciation document is available and telephone request s will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmativ e written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
