- The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Addendum 1, dated 28 Aug 06, into the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All offerors will have to request a copy of the Revised Pricing Worksheet and Revised pages 2 and 3 of the PWS, dated 28 August 2006, via Email or telephone call. ADDENDUM 1 Overhead Doors F1M3E36160A100 CHARLESTON AFB, SC 28 Aug 2006 1. The purpose of this addendum is for the following: a. Remove Appendix A, ?Pricing Worksheet? and replace with Revised Appendix A. ?Pricing Worksheet, revised 28 Aug 06 b. Remove pages 2 and 3 of the Performance Work Statement and replace the revised attached pages 2 and 3 of the Statement of Work, dated 28 Aug 06.
