Description

The Government intends to procure a firm fixed price purchase order for a Marine Basic Academic Skills program as required by the Marine Corps Detachment at the Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Performance Period for the resulting Purchase Order will be from date of award through one year. The NAICS is 611310. The Request for Quote (RFQ) and any subsequent amendments will only be available by downloading the documents at https://www.neco.navy.mil. This office will no longer issue hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the contractor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to so represent may be grounds for refusing to accept the quote. By submission of a quote, the offeror acknowledges that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, during performance of the order and through final payment of the purchase order. Failure to register in the CCR may make an offeror ineligible for award. The RFQ will be posted on or about 28 August 2006 and close on or about 05 September 2006.
