Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District will make a sole source purchase of four each Hypack Max Hydrographic survey software version 6.2.1 Hardlock keys from Hypack, Inc., Middletown, CT. The software keys are required to increase the capabilities of editing and modeling the collected hydrographic data on the survey vessels, as well as the district office. The software keys must be from the same manufacturer in order to be compatible with the existing Hypack software. This requirement is being procured under the Simplified Procurement Threshold.
