Advisory and Assistance Services to support Center-Wide Continous Process Improvement/Transformation efforts, to include facilitating lean events, mentoring both individuals and groups on implementation of Lean and Transformation initiatives in accordance with the WR-ALC Lean Model. Also, gathering and analyzing data and providing expert advise on both administrative, production, and maintenance processess. A draft RFP shall be posted to this web page with the Performance-Based Work Statement, and all attachments. The draft Solicitation will be issued in the near future followed at a later date by the official solicitation.
