- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for unit exchange and/or repair services of various items such as circuit card assemblies and power supplies, not inclusive, applicable to the National Airspace Data Interchange Network Message Switch Network (NADIN MSN), originally designed and manufactured by North American Phillips Corp. NADIN MSN is a critical data communications system in the National Airspace System (NAS). It provides point-to-point data connectivity for NAS operations and supports air traffic control, general aviation, and the airlines industry. The FAA intends to solicit and negotiate only with Digital Resources, Inc., Wanaque, NJ, in accordance with AMS Policy 3.2.2.4. A market survey was conducted on July 18, 2006, and the results of this survey support our determination to solicit and negotiate with only one firm. This announcement is for information purposes only, not a request for proposals. Point of contact: Connie Houpt (405) 954-7820.
