Description

The Bureau of the Census is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for air conditioning equipment. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-6-00048 is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-12. CLIN001 Carrier Deluxe Air-Cooled Condensing Unit (nom 20 tons) 460/e Carrier model # 38AKS024---6, quantity 4 each. CLIN002 fan coils, Carrier model # 40RM-024-B6-HC. CLIN003 indoor-steam coil (1 row) shipped loose; less valve Carrier model CASTCOIL002A00, quantity 4. CLIN005 Outdoor-Compressor-years 2-5-Parts only warranty, Carrier model # 13OUT, quantity 4. CLIN005 Outdoor-Motormaster I Single-Phase solid-state variable speed motor controller, Carrier model # 32LT-900---611, quantity 4. CLIN006 Outdoor-winter start package-contains time delay relay for timed bypass of low-pressure switch, Carrier model # CRWINSTR001A00 quantity 4. CLIN007 option to paint fan coils for CLIN002. Delivery is FOB destination to the Bureau of the Census, 1201 East 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47132, Attn: Receiving Section Bldg. 60 F. Acceptance at same location. Delivery on or before 09-25-06. Awardees will have to register at CCR.gov and complete a U.S. Census Bureau's vender registration form.
