Description

The United States Government seeks approximately 6,025 usable square feet of office and related space yielding approximately 6,928 rentable square feet and 26 parking spaces within the city limits of St. Albans, West Virginia. This solicitation is for both existing buildings and a build to suit location with a lease duration of ten years. The delineated area of St. Albans is located within the following boundaries: North: US Route 60 (McCorkle Avenue). East: Spruce Street which interstate Route 60 and Kanawha Terrace. South: Kanawha Terrace. West: B Street which intersects Kanawha Terrace and Route 60. Expressions of interest shall be submitted in writing no later than September 8, 2006 and should include the following information: 1. Building name and address, and location of space in the building 2. Legal description 3. Scaled drawing of space offered 4. ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5. Rentable square feet offered 6. Number of parking spaces available on the premises 7. Name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted in reference to the space. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space.
