- The Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NAVEODTECHDIV) is seeking a commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) broadband signal analyzer, recorder, generator, and playback system. The purpose of this announcement is to identify sources and solicit vendor information that fully defines existing equipment technology features, capabilities, and performance. This announcement does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, to procure equipment or services. BACKGROUND: NAVEODTECHDIV requires a system capable of recording, analyzing, reproducing, and generating radio frequency (RF) signals in the range of 10 MHz to 3 GHz. The system must include the above features in a single rack-mount system with the following minimum requirements: a. 50 MHz instantaneous bandwidth input and output; b. Simultaneous record and playback operations; c. 12 bit DAC resolution with at least 70 dB of dynamic range; d. 2000 MS high-speed memory; e. 300 GB non-volatile memory; f. Signal analysis software with graphical user interface (GUI) capable of AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, and MSK signal demodulation and analysis; g. Signal generation software with GUI capable of AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, and MSK signal synthesis; h. Compatible with Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) and Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) analyzer/recorder/generator/playback systems and file formats.
