Description

The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA intends to award a sole source contract to Photo-Sonics Inc to furnish the following: CLIN0000: (1) EA: Refurbish 1PL S/N 2263, Magazine S/N 1459, Kit S/N 58. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 333315 with a business size standard of 500 employees. The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis. All questions must be submitted NOT LATER THAN 2 days prior to the proposal end date. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
