Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to CELLULAR TECHNOLOGY LIMITED for the purchase of an ImmunoSpot S4 Core Analyzer, software, installation and training will provide our laboratory with unique capabilities with assays. CELLULAR TECHNOLOGY LIMITED has developed a unique set of counting parameters that are only available in their machines. Specifically, this is the only machine that automatically detects the appropriate sensitivity level. The ImmunoSpot system is also auto-centering before snapping the image. CTL is the only company with automatic centering for white and clear plates which provides greater access to a greater number of users. NO REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. An award will be made in FIVE (5) days from the date of this notice. Sources may submit a quote, which fully demonstrate their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses or questions regarding this posting must be in writing and can be sent via email to Harry.BrubakerIII@FDA.HHS.GOV. No phone calls will be accepted. This sole source procurement will be awarded as a simplified acquisition for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.
