Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a purchase order on a sole source non-competitive basis to Chromsys, LLC., PO Box 15131, Alexandria, VA 22309. FDA will purchase Evolution Upgrade Kit to Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (MS/MS) using a 5973 MSD. The instrument is required for laboratory analyses of existing and future Influenza Virus Vaccine products regulated by FDA. The instrument is compatible with pre-existing laboratory equipment and Chromsys will provide the unique parts that meet the specification for the required upgrade to the existing unit. FDA intends to make an award fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice. This is not a request for quotes; however sources may submit descriptive literature, fully documenting their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency. A determination to compete this procurement based on response(s) to this notice solely within the discretion of the Government. The award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
