Description

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking interested vendors capable of providing Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Gradient Coil System. This system is required for testing implanted medical devices in strong magnetic field similar to those in clinical magnetic resonance imaging systems. See Attachment A for complete requirements and specifications. All responsible sources must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration System (CCR). FDA intends to make an award soon after the response date of this notice and all bids must be submitted via email to patricia.wright@fda.hhs.gov or fax to 301 827-7101 to the attention of Patricia Wright by the response due date. Evaluation/Award will be based on the technically acceptable quote that offers the best value to the government. The award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
