Description: The United States Patent and Trademark Office(USPTO)intends to award a sole source purchase order to West Publishing Corporation for the continued use and access of their proprietary on-line databases by the USPTO Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. These services will continue through August 31, 2007. This requirement is for continued access to these proprietary databases. Due to the proprietary nature of these databases, WEST PUBLISHING CORPORATION is the only known source qualified to provide the required services. No solicitation document exists.
