Description

On 4-20-2006 the Solicitation was re-issued. Please use this new solicitation for your bid. The pre-Bid Conference has been changed to April 27, 2006 at 1230 EST. You may attend in person or call in via conference call. The response due date has not changed. It is still 5-11/2--6 at 1400 MST. The new solicitation has 50 pages. The old one has 54 pages. Just to assist you in which is the correct solicitation.
