Arrangements for inspecting the project site can be made with Mr. Helms (Collect Calls Not Accepted). Approximate solicitation issue date is September 5, 2006. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Electronic bidding is not acceptable for this solicitation. Prospective bidders should send their proposal to the address indicated on the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date from the Army Single Face To Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil. CA UTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore, incumbent upon any interest ed parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
