Description: This is a combined synopsis and solicitation. The purpose of this statement of objectives is to define the range of performance-based programmatic activities that will comprise an approximately twelve-month training program to enhance the technical capabilities of the Prevention of Corruption Bureau (PCB) in order for the Government of Tanzania (GOT) to be able to combat corruption in the public procurement sector more effectively. This statement of objectives outlines a range of support that has been appraised and designed in conjunction with the Government of Tanzania, which has requested USAID assistance to implement it.
