Description: The water tank located on water tank hill was originally built in 1912 and was constructed of concrete with a wood roof. This water tank over time has begun to leak causing substantial water loss. Due to the historical significance of the tank to the surrounding area and population, complete replacement of the tank is not an option. The water tank has an approximate capacity of 306,000 gallons, a radius approximately 24.5 ft. and a height approximately 22 ft. The tank has four pipe lines; three 6 inch lines and one 2 inch drain line.
