- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement con stitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is anticipated that payment will be made by Government Visa Credit Card. This action is solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334210 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and shall be clearly marked with RFQ referencing number # W9124R-06-T-0072 and emailed to Tejae.Craig@yuma. army.mil or sent by facsimile to 928-328-6849 no later than 11:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST), 24th of August 2006.
